In memory of Michael Eugene Boggs

We will be having a memorial ride for Mike on September 13. We will meet at the old Clegherns Cee Bee store in Tenneseee Ridge at 3 PM and will be leaving at 4 PM. We are going to ride to Mikes church, Griffins Chapel of the Nazarene located just off Highway 49 on Highway 46 where they will be having a fish fry to raise money for the building fund.

42, of Erin, died Wednesday, June 17, 2008, in Erin, Tenn.

He was born April 23, 1966, in Montgomery County. He was the son of Paul and Hilldean Sigels Boggs of Erin.

Mike was a member of Griffins Chapel Church, Houston County Recreation Club and Dixie Youth Softball.

He was the Information Technology manager of The Leaf-Chronicle, where he was employed for 20 years.

Boggs is survived by "his three girls," wife Susan Foster Boggs and two daughters, Kaitlyn and Breanna Boggs, all of Erin. Other survivors include his parents, his aunt and uncle, Pat and Bailey Mullins, and numerous beloved family members, friends and co-workers.

Mike you will be greatly missed.

Traditions First Bank of Erin has set up an account for the benefit of the Boggs family to help them establish an educational fund for Mike’s daughters.
